What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address and what you ordered. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never reach us.

When you join our newsletter, either through the “Keep me posted” form or by answering “Yes” to the newsletter question at checkout: your email address.

When you send us a review or an email: your name, email address and what you write.

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

To process, pack and ship your order, send your order confirmation and keep you updated about shipping.

To reply to your messages and handle returns.

To send our newsletter — only if you signed up for it.

If you send us a review, we may feature it on our website using your first name, last initial and city. Ask us at any time and we'll take it down.

Who helps us

We use a few trusted services to run the shop: Stripe to process payments, Brevo to manage our newsletter, Resend to send order and review emails, and Vercel to host the website. They only receive the information they need to do that job.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page for security and to prevent fraud.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter email, or by emailing us.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing shopibeu@gmail.com. We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting.

Children

Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
